Our recent letter to the Editor of the Moultrie News:

I enjoy reading the Moultrie News each week to learn about current events in our community. Unfortunately, there seems to be growing animosity in Mount Pleasant over issues of growth, infrastructure, Town Council decisions, etc. Yes, there are important issues to debate over the future of our town.

However, let’s remember to be thankful for the beautiful place that we call home and let’s pray that our leaders will demonstrate wisdom and discernment as they make decisions impacting the future of Mt. Pleasant.
